At Elyscents International, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we are here to help.

You have 7 days from the day you receive your perfume to request an exchange.

Return Eligibility:

Keep the perfume in its original packaging with labels and protective stickers. You can spray or use it during these 7 days, the box should stay intact and the bottle must not be damaged.
