1. How You Can Use Our Site
We’re happy for you to view or download a single copy of our content for your own personal, non-commercial use. However, this is just a "temporary pass," not a transfer of ownership. Under this license, you cannot:
Change or copy our materials.
Use our content for any business or public display.
Attempt to take apart or reverse-engineer any software on our site.
Remove our branding or "mirror" our site on another server.
If these rules are broken, your access will be cancelled immediately, and you’ll need to delete any copies you’ve made.

3. Colors & Photos:
We try to show our perfumes accurately, but every screen displays color differently. What you see on your phone might vary slightly from the bottle in your hand.
4 Availability:
Everything is subject to stock. If something you ordered is out of stock, we’ll let you know ASAP. We might offer a better alternative, or we’ll simply cancel the order and refund you.
4. When your order is official
Just a heads-up: finishing the checkout doesn't mean the deal is officially "done" on our end yet. We only consider the order fully accepted once we’ve actually packed it up and sent it out for delivery.
4 .Who owns the products
Until we’ve received your payment in full, anything you’ve ordered technically stays with Elyscents. Once the payment clears, the items are all yours.
6. Shipping & Delivery
We send all orders on a Delivery Duty Unpaid basis. This means that depending on your country, you might need to pay local taxes or customs fees when your order arrives. It’s a good idea to check your local rules before placing an order.
7. The Handover:
We deliver to the address you give us (no, Post Office Box please). Someone needs to sign for the package. If we try twice and no one is there, we may have to cancel the purchase. Once it’s signed for, the risk is yours.
8. Changes:
If you need to change your order, tell us quickly! Once it's dispatched, we can’t make any edits or offer refunds for international shipments.
9. Links & Updates
Our site might link to other pages we think you’ll like. We don’t run those sites, so we can’t be responsible for what’s on them. Also, we might update these terms from time to time without notice. By sticking around, you're agreeing to the newest version.
10. Governing Law
These terms are built according to the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes will be handled exclusively by the courts of the United Arab Emirates
